3. Evaluation and Resolution: Once we receive your email and video evidence, our team will promptly review the information provided. We will assess the damage and determine the appropriate resolution.

4. Confirmation: We will communicate with you throughout the process to keep you informed of the status of your refund. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive confirmation via email.

5. Please allow approximately 1 week for the refund to reflect in your account.
